I asked the girl why because the door says they close at 5 on a Friday. She said she was working alone (how is that an excuse), mind you this was 1 hour and 30 minutes before closing time.

They clearly state that they open at 8:30 AM—something that never actually happens, as they seem to open whenever they feel like it. It is unbelievable that this is a federal agency—what a disgrace! Someone really needs to investigate the shoddy work they are doing.
