    Today I tried to get a passport for my daughter, and I was treated very badly simply because I didn't understand a word in English. They are supposed to provide good customer service and not engage in racism just because someone doesn't speak English perfectly; that is not right.

    The only reason I’m giving a 4 Stars is because of Enrique. He’s the only one that is polite and kind to the employees. The rest of the staff! Lord Jesus!!! Rude and disrespectful on the way they talk to clients specifically the Non- English speaking ones. Management needs to do a serious assessment to the entire post office staffing.

    Terrible customer service from one of the employees. A rude and bitter woman responded disrespectfully when I asked a simple question regarding a letter that could not be delivered to me and was returned to this location. When I asked my question, her response was, “What kind of question is that?” and she repeatedly asked whether I even understood what I was asking. She continued to be disrespectful and raise her voice throughout the interaction, despite me calmly explaining several times that there was no need to treat me that way, as I was only trying to get clarification about a letter that had been returned to this location. The employee repeatedly insulted me and behaved in an extremely unprofessional manner. I made multiple attempts to de-escalate the situation by politely asking her to stop speaking to me disrespectfully, but she continued her rude behavior. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Horrible servicio al cliente por parte de una empleada. Una señora muy grosera y amargada respondió de manera irrespetuosa cuando le hice una simple pregunta sobre una carta que no pudo ser entregada y que fue devuelta a esta ubicación. Al hacerle mi pregunta, su respuesta fue: “¿Qué clase de pregunta es esa?”, y además me cuestionó si yo sabía lo que le estaba preguntando. Durante toda la interacción continuó faltándome al respeto y levantando la voz, a pesar de que en varias ocasiones le expliqué con calma que no había necesidad de tratarme de esa manera, ya que únicamente estaba tratando de aclarar una duda sobre una carta que había sido devuelta a esta oficina. La empleada me habló de forma extremadamente grosera y poco profesional, e incluso me insultó en repetidas ocasiones. Intenté varias veces desescalar la situación pidiéndole amablemente que dejara de faltarme al respeto, pero continuó con su actitud irrespetuosa. Sin duda, esta ha sido una de las peores experiencias de servicio al cliente que he tenido.

    Pésimo servicio de los que reparten paquetes de ese correo tiran las cosa la dejan el buzón abierto y las cartas se mojan , tiran los paquetes en los patios sin importar que se mojan , son súper pesados no son amables si alguna puerta de afuera se quedó abierta le dan un tirón como si fueran los dueños de la ciudad en fin son pésimo repartiendo las cartas por las casas no les importa nada orrible cervicio

    I visited this USPS location needing assistance with a mailing service, and instead of receiving helpful guidance, I was met with attitude and impatience. The employees acted as if customers are supposed to already know which envelopes, packaging, and mailing options to use. The purpose of customer service is to assist people, answer questions, and provide guidance. If customers knew all the postal requirements and products, they would not need to ask for help. Unfortunately, I felt like my questions were treated as an inconvenience rather than an opportunity to assist a customer. I understand that postal employees deal with many people every day, but professionalism and courtesy should still be expected. I hope management addresses these issues and provides additional customer service training to improve the experience for future customers.
