  If I could give this post office zero stars I would. Horrible customer service. It seems like you are bothering them during their paid vacation. Most of the time they have an earbud on and are talking on the phone; therefore you don’t even know if they are speaking to you. In addition they treat elders horribly and if you don’t speak English good luck. This post office needs better management and a better staff.

  Siempre voy a esa oficina a dejar paquetes, a esa oficina va mucha gente, pero el personal que trabaja ahí es bastante rápido y la fila se mueve, ocasionalmente hay alguna persona que traba la fila con una caja grande o papeleo, yo nunca he tenido problemas con la entrega de ninguno de mis paquetes, todos han llegado sin problemas, gracias

  My account is based on an interaction with an employee of this postal service. I am an Uber driver; I went to pick her up on the afternoon of August 11, 2026, and from the moment she reached the vehicle, she was extremely hostile, hurling insults at me and discriminating against me for not speaking English. When I saw her behavior, I told her I was going to cancel the trip; she refused to get out of the car and called the police to threaten me. After waiting about 15 minutes, she called another Uber. As she got out of the vehicle, she threw some ice from her thermos at me, hitting the back seats; she never waited for the police to arrive. That type of behavior is not befitting an institution as prestigious as the USPS.

  Si se pudieran dar -3 estrellas, este es el lugar. Llegar a solicitar un servicio en horario laboral en la mañana es un problema. Te atienden a la distancia casi que gritando, muestran paciencia y empatías mínimas. Servicios que deben ofrecer en ciertos horarios, no los dan, o te dicen que vayas a otra oficina. El lugar parece lúgubre por dentro y si a eso le sumas el pésimo servicio pues peor.

  TERRIBLE Terrible Terrible Customer Service the clerk named “shintell did NOT want to do her job which was to scan only 5 boxes she said I will only scan 4 boxes This takes no time at all it’s just scanning boxes this is terrible she should be fired for not wanting to do her only job . For anyone reading this usps does home pick ups in their website is would reccomend doing this than to go to these lazy clerks just to receive bad attitude .
