The employee took a malicious pleasure to repeat « It is easy ». When I was leaving instead of « Have a good day », another « See, it was easy ». You know my dear, once is enough, 5 times it is annoying and unprofessional.

USPS hotline tells you they can’t do anything to help you and you have to contact the local office, but the local office does not respond. Failed and antiquated system.
