- NNN S (ns4982)Aug 17, 20261.0Last time coming to this U.S. Post Office. The service is really bad, and the staff can be very disrespectful at times. Most of the time, they don’t seem willing to help and simply send customers to the self-service kiosk instead of providing proper customer service.

Unfortunately every time I come in the representative at the counter seems upset about having to scan my packages They always try to send me to the self-service kiosk even when there is no line of customers waiting I choose to wait in line for a reason. When my packages are accepted and scanned by a clerk the tracking immediately shows that USPS has taken possession of them. If I use the self-service kiosk, it only shows an electronic acceptance scan which is not the same. I have previously had packages go missing and USPS denied responsibility because there was no acceptance scan showing they had taken possession of the items I politely tried to explain this but instead the representative raised her voice and started discussing the situation with her coworkers I don’t understand why there is so much resistance to scanning prepaid packages at the counter. Helping customers with package acceptance is part of the service and I simply want the protection of an official acceptance scan because of my past experience This has become a stressful and frustrating experience every time I visit this location I hope management addresses this issue so customers who rely on USPS for their businesses can receive professional and respectful service
