  0 stars if possible. Impossible to get delivery on time . Always are 1-3 days late. The items are usually put to as out for delivery but not delivered. Then it says available for pickup but are not available for pick even if you go talk with people there. And then they deliver 2 or 3 days later without notifying anyone .

  Esta ha sido mi experiencia específicamente con los envíos de este USPS: USPS los marca como entregados, pero pueden pasar días o semanas sin que aparezcan en la bodega de mi courier. He reclamado tanto con USPS como con el courier, pero USPS me dice que ya fue entregado y el courier me dice que todavía no les ha llegado, así que al final nadie puede explicar dónde está ni por qué demora. En mi caso, incluso tuve tres sobres que nunca aparecieron y, por estas demoras, también he llegado a perder períodos de garantía.

  Let’s start by saying that the person who assisted me was polite and friendly. However, I was very disappointed with the condition of the facility. It was dirty, disorganized, and clearly not being properly maintained. As taxpayers, we pay for this service. I’m not expecting a fancy USPS location, but the basic standards should be met: the facility should be clean, organized, and properly maintained. I visited early in the day, so there was no reason for the store to be in this condition. The floor had food and chewing gum on it, and the outside area also looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time. The manager of this facility should be paying closer attention to the cleanliness and overall condition of the location. This is simply not acceptable.

  This office does not do its job properly. I have had countless problems with my deliveries. They say they were unable to deliver the packages and then return them. They simply do not do their job. On other occasions, they claim that the package was delivered, but then the package disappears. I have a camera at my door, and they never even came to my house. I believe this office should be investigated. There have been many complaints, yet nothing is being done, and they continue to provide terrible service. Unfortunately, USPS is the postal service that covers my area.
