We called ahead to confirm if they had a box large enough to ship a 40x40 painting, and upon being told they did, we headed straight to the store. Unfortunately, the in-store experience was frustrating from start to finish: Inconvenient Service: It took an excessively long time for the staff to retrieve the box from the back. Pest Issues: While standing there taping the box, I suffered multiple insect bites on my shoulders, legs and arms that resulted in severe itching. Exorbitant Pricing: We were given an astronomical quote of over $500 for the shipping and supplies. Deciding to handle the packaging ourselves, we asked to borrow some tape. Instead, they sold us an extremely low-quality roll that ripped continuously with every single pull. Because the box was oversized for the artwork, this made an already difficult task much harder. We ended up taking the box, packing the painting and shipping it through Pirate Ship for just $120. Skip this location if you need reliable packing support or fair pricing.
