  I had an excellent experience with this UPS Store location and wanted to specifically recognize Carlos for his outstanding customer service. I live in North Carolina, while my mother lives in Miami, and we needed assistance coordinating the printing, notarization, and mailing of important documents. From my very first phone call, Carlos was incredibly patient, helpful, and willing to answer all of my questions. I called back several times with additional questions, and each time he took the time to provide guidance and make sure I understood the process and next steps. When my mother arrived at the store, Carlos ensured everything was handled smoothly and professionally. He went above and beyond to make sure all of the necessary steps were completed correctly, giving both of us peace of mind throughout the process. What stood out most was the kindness, respect, and genuine willingness to help that Carlos showed from start to finish. Great customer service can make a stressful situation so much easier, and that was certainly the case here. When I later mentioned to my mother how impressed I was with Carlos, she smiled and said, "Oh yes, they're always very nice there. It's him and his son who usually help me when I come in." Thank you, Carlos, and the entire team for your professionalism, patience, and support. I am truly grateful for the way you helped my mother and for making what could have been a complicated process feel simple and stress-free. Highly recommend!

  This by far is the friendliest store of any kind in Miami that I have been to. They always greet you with a smile. That means a lot to me. Keep it up guys. You’re the best.

  Envié un sobre con documentos importantes pague el envío con tracking number para hacerle seguimiento y no se perdiera y el sobre nunca llegó se perdió y ellos solo dicen sorry. El sobre no apareció y ellos no tienen ninguna respuesta.La persona que iba a recibir estos documentos fue seriamente afectada porque necesitaba esos documentos urgentemente. No volvería a enviar en esta sucursal nada.
