  Envié un sobre con documentos importantes pague el envío con tracking number para hacerle seguimiento y no se perdiera y el sobre nunca llegó se perdió y ellos solo dicen sorry. El sobre no apareció y ellos no tienen ninguna respuesta.La persona que iba a recibir estos documentos fue seriamente afectada porque necesitaba esos documentos urgentemente. No volvería a enviar en esta sucursal nada.

  Fui a este establecimiento para realizar una devolución de Amazon y la experiencia fue sumamente desagradable debido a la atención del empleado (un joven de facciones asiáticas y expansiones en las orejas). Desde que entré, la falta de profesionalismo fue evidente: no hubo un saludo inicial ni una despedida al terminar el proceso. Durante toda la gestión, el empleado mostró una actitud de molestia y desgana, haciendo gestos de desagrado constantemente. Tuve que comprar una caja e imprimir la etiqueta allí mismo, y parece que el hecho de que yo no supiera de antemano que necesitaba esos elementos le causó una irritación innecesaria. En lugar de orientarme con amabilidad, me hizo sentir como una molestia. Es una lástima que un servicio de mensajería tan necesario se vea empañado por un trato tan descortés y poco empático hacia el cliente. No recomiendo este punto si buscan un trato mínimamente respetuoso. I visited this location to process an Amazon return, and the experience was extremely unpleasant due to the employee's behavior (a young Asian man with ear gauges). From the moment I walked in, his lack of professionalism was evident; there was no initial greeting nor a goodbye once the process was finished. Throughout the entire transaction, the employee showed an attitude of annoyance and indifference, constantly making frustrated facial expressions. I had to purchase a box and print the label on-site, and he seemed irritated by the fact that I didn't know beforehand that I needed those items. Instead of guiding me with kindness, he made me feel like a nuisance. It is a shame that such a necessary shipping service is tarnished by such rude and unempathetic customer service. I do not recommend this location if you are looking for even a minimum level of respectful treatment.

  I recently visited this UPS Store and had a very disappointing experience. The customer service was poor from the start. The employee who assisted me had a rude attitude, spoke in a dismissive tone, and didn’t seem interested in helping at all. Instead of explaining the process or offering guidance, they appeared annoyed and impatient the entire time. It made the interaction uncomfortable and unprofessional. For reference, the employee was thin and had ear piercings, which may help management identify who was working at the time. I hope the management addresses this issue, as customer service like this reflects badly on the business and will make customers want to go elsewhere.
