- LILarisa perez isasiJul 22, 20261.0I had a disappointing experience at this UPS Store. The explanation of the return process was unclear, especially regarding the steps required for Amazon returns. One of the employees did not provide clear instructions and spoke very briefly, making it difficult to understand what I needed to do. Better communication and more attentive customer service would greatly improve the customer experience.
