I needed to verify my 89-year-old mother-in-law's identification on the ID.me kiosk. She walks slowly with a walker, and I had never used this kiosk before, so I was feeling quite anxious about the process. The young woman and gentleman working there were incredibly patient, kind, and helpful to all of us. They turned what seemed like a highly difficult task into a smooth and easy experience.
