  I left a package containing two watches at this UPS Store. The watches were well bubble-wrapped inside the box, but I didn’t have tape, so I specifically asked the employee to make sure the box was properly sealed before it was shipped. I later spoke with my client and discovered that the package had actually been shipped unsealed. Fortunately, both watches arrived and neither was damaged, but that was pure luck. I called the store and spoke with the manager. His response was essentially, ‘We’re very busy and sometimes these things happen.’ I found that attitude almost as concerning as the original mistake. Shipping an unsealed package—particularly after a customer specifically asks that it be sealed—is not something that should simply ‘happen.’ I will not use this UPS Store again, and I cannot recommend it. I also intend to file a complaint with UPS. In my experience, FedEx has been considerably more professional.”

  Always had a long slow line. They need more employees or something. Never had this issue at any other ups

  Worst experience with the customer service. I’ve sent a package for 2 days ground service, UPS damaged my package and returned to the store, they never told me, and then said me they can repackage it and send it again but I’ll take 6 days to arrive. I’ve called them and looks like it was my fault and must be grateful with them for the damages and the delay. If you want to use UPS don’t go to this store.

  I tried going there on two Sundays—once last month and once last week—at 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM, but the place was closed. I ran into another woman who was also there to drop off a package and found the situation just as strange; they used to be open for a few hours on Sundays, and the website still lists an 11:00 AM opening time. I’ve been shipping packages and handling Amazon returns at this UPS location for at least eight years. This is the first time I’ve encountered a situation like this. I’m not sure if they plan to open on Sundays in the future, but if not, please update the hours. I’d hate to waste my precious weekend time making a trip there for nothing. Thanks.
