Worst service. I tried to return a pre ordered label included Hotwire device back. Since I was running out of time trying to catch a flight, these people charge you $5 just to print a label and $1200 for a box. Please don’t come here and get yourself more headache. These people are scammers

Absolutely love this UPS Store! The guys here are amazing—always incredibly efficient, fast, polite, and genuinely kind. No matter how busy they are, they’re always helpful and make everything quick and easy. The customer service is consistently excellent, which is why I keep coming back to this location. It’s rare to find a place where you receive such great service every single time. Highly recommend!
