  Very disappointed with this location. I brought in a small Amazon return box that was already packed and only needed a small piece of tape to close it. I was charged almost $5 just to tape the box, plus tax. I’ve returned many Amazon packages at other UPS Stores and have never been charged for something so simple. Charging customers this much for a small amount of tape feels excessive and unnecessary. I recommend asking about all fees before dropping off your package.

  I’ve been to several UPS Stores throughout Miami, but this location on NW 7th Street and 57th Avenue is by far my favorite. The staff is consistently friendly, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help. What really stands out is how quickly they work—I’m almost always in and out within minutes, even when the store is busy. Whether I’m shipping packages, making returns, or printing documents, the service is always efficient, professional, and delivered with a smile. It’s refreshing to find a team that values both speed and excellent customer service. Highly recommended!

  One of the worst experiences I have had in a UPS STORE. Do not come here . They charge you to put a piece of tape on your boxes that you send out with them. They charge $3.99 each taped box they do for you. I have gone to many UPS stores and I have never been charged for them to put tape on the top of a box. Mind you the 3 boxes were small size 8"x6 and we were paying to ship them out already. I had to buy a roll of tape that cost $8. Because I was in a hurry i had to send it out from the store. Be aware that this store will charge to tape up any box and it doesn't how small it is. DO NOT COME TO THE STORE BECAUSE THEY WILL BE CHARGING IF YOU ALSO USE THERE PEN.. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN AND I DONT RECOMMEND IT EITHER..
