  I had an outstanding experience at this UPS Store. Monish went above and beyond by providing exceptional customer service. While I was in the store, I started feeling overheated and like I was about to pass out. Without hesitation, he noticed I wasn’t feeling well, offered me a bottle of water, and made sure I was okay before continuing to help me. That level of kindness and genuine concern is rare these days, and it made a lasting impression on me. It’s one thing to provide great customer service, but it’s another to truly care about someone’s well-being. I sincerely appreciate their professionalism, compassion, and willingness to help. Thank you for turning a stressful moment into a positive experience. This is exactly the kind of service that keeps customers coming back.

  I came in today and had quite a few things to drop off individually. Maneesh (spellcheck) was great he was quick and had a great attitude even though we had to do each item one by one. This is the only ups store I go to because it’s always a pleasant encounter.

  Monisa was extremely helpful and very friendly - he always has a smile on his face. I’m glad that there’s still people like that. Highly recommend this store because of that.

  I had an amazing experience thanks to Momiha. he was incredibly kind, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled perfectly. Excellent customer service like hers is hard to find. Thank you, Momiha! I will definitely return and recommend this UPS Store to family and friends.

  Even though the store was busy, the staff still maintained a calm and friendly demeanor. Greeting everyone coming in while helping others. They are all super professional. Danny was so helpful and PATIENT while helping me and I really appreciated the quality customer service. Explained everything and had me in and out quickly. Highly recommend this location!
