  I visit many UPS Stores regularly, and this is by far the worst one I have ever been to. There was a line all the way to the door, more than 10 people waiting, 3 employees were there but only 1 was attending to customers, while the others were chatting as if they had nothing to do were inside doing who knows what. The most frustrating part was the complete lack of urgency. Everyone seemed totally calm and unbothered as if there were no customers waiting at all. Terrible customer service, terrible management, and a huge waste of people’s time. I will avoid this location in the future.

  Muy mala atención las empleadas estan sin animos y muy mala actitud para atender al cliente! No hay multitud de personas y ellas deciden hacer esperar porque acabo de llegar . Tengo una caja que no me reciben porque necesito sobre o caja . Les deben pagar muy mal .

  Esta es Mi Casa, y no la cambio por ninguna UPS alrededor, Las atender exelwnticimas, siento como si es mi casa, Atención esmerada, UN AMBIENTE LABORAL EXELENTE, SE AYUDAN UNAS A OTRAS , SI TENGO UN ERROR EN MI EN MIS RETURN SIEMPRE LOS HAGO MAL, ELLAS SIEMPRE EMOATICAS AYUDÁNDOME, SIN QUEJARSE, LES DIY UN 10000 por ciento de empatía hacia los clientes

  ABSOLUTE WORST experience at this UPS today, I go here because its my local UPS. I went with an Amazon return here and I emailed them the label and The first thing that the employee Maylen or Mailen or Marlen, however you spell her name tells me that I need to buy a box for my box because it’s not in the original packaging and then I asked her if they can just put tape to close the box because that is the original packaging and I’m not gonna buy a box for something that came in its original packaging. then she told me that what they charge is the service of UPS making the return for Amazon so I was like OK. I never had to do that but that’s fine. Then her coworker that was taken care of another two customers pitched into the conversation and started chiming in that may be the type of label that I have is different and I told her no you took care of me the last time that I was here and it was a label like that and then they started laughing at me. She proceeded to let me know that it is not her job to tape the box that they do it as a favor. ( as if this was a huge ask and they don’t always do this ) she told me it’s not her obligation to do so but then she went ahead and taped it and I emailed the label three times and every time she told me that she hadn’t received the label and that if they don’t receive the label, they can’t do anything so I asked her what can I do and she was like well I’m doing my job and my job is to get the label and I haven’t received the label so I can’t do anything for you. Then she told me that I was ruining her day and basically refuse to continue to help me and I asked if there was a manager present so they can continue to help me and she said that they don’t have managers. As you can see, there’s a lot of bad reviews at the store and there are pictures of the review where this employee is in so if the manager is reading the reviews and reading this review, I strongly suggest that you speak up to your employees and have them shape up because they are bad for business especially this lady literally the worst interaction that I’ve ever had with an employee in my life. I hate to leave bad reviews, but I went there, waited in line and she still didn’t do her job at the end of the day. It was more important for her to argue with me then to get her job done.IF I ever come back here I hope She’s no longer there because I promise you she will turn your day sour and your package will not get returned because she basically refused to help me after.There’s a very nice lady employee that I want to mention she has long curly hair and she is the nicest employee there and explains everything thoroughly and has a really nice genuine attitude. Unfortunately I couldn’t get her name but you’ll know right off the bat who the bad employee is.
