  You definitely need to do better UPS. Just left your store. was trying to send a package that only weighs 1 pound. Your prices were outrageous. Wanted to charge me $70 for this package to make it to New York on Friday. which is outrageous went to FedEx got the Got the same kind of shipping. with the insurance I wanted for $33. that’s more than half less that I paid For the same service. on top of your rates being terrible, you have three employees at this location chit-chatting while there’s customers waiting. out of the three, only one is attending customers no consideration whatsoever for the customer’s time. You guys need to do better Especially with your rates
