  During my visit, Mr. Mauricio Abarca displayed a hostile and unwelcoming attitude from the moment we entered the store. He did not greet us or acknowledge us with a simple “good morning” or any other courteous greeting. Instead, he immediately began giving instructions in a manner that felt dismissive and unfriendly. My family and I brought packages weighing over 50 pounds each. We unloaded the packages from our vehicle and brought them into the store ourselves. Mr. Abarca informed us that he could not assist us because we needed two shipping labels. After deciding to ship only one box, which had a valid label, he instructed us to send him the email containing the label. We informed him that the email had already been sent. He checked the computer, stated that the email was not there, and then proceeded to assist other customers without making any effort to help us resolve the issue. What was most disappointing was not the policy itself, but the lack of willingness to assist. At no point did Mr. Abarca attempt to provide solutions, explain alternatives, or offer customer support. His behavior came across as indifferent and unhelpful. In my opinion, Mr. Abarca demonstrated poor customer service skills and failed to provide the level of professionalism and courtesy that customers should expect. I hope this matter can be reviewed so that future customers receive a more respectful and helpful experience.
