  I have been at this UPS Store on SW 8th Street and 137th Avenue for 45 minutes just to get a document notarized, and the level of customer service has been incredibly disappointing. First, the line was extremely long, with only two employees assisting a store full of customers. The notary was dealing with a customer who was understandably upset about a lost package. After that customer became frustrated and left, instead of continuing to help the long line of people waiting, the notary disappeared into the back to call his supervisor and inform them that the customer might leave a bad review. Meanwhile, the store was still packed with customers waiting to be helped. In my opinion, taking care of the customers who are physically standing there waiting should have been the priority. The supervisor could have been notified about the incident afterward. When the notary finally came back out, he began helping another customer who needed notarization before me. Before he even finished assisting that person, he stopped and started helping someone else over the phone. At this point, I have been waiting 45 minutes for a simple notarization and I am still here waiting. The entire operation feels completely disorganized, with no sense of urgency or consideration for the customers who have been patiently waiting. It is unbelievable how far customer service has declined.

  Milla provides excellent customer service. She's friendly, professional, and clearly knows what she's doing. She makes you feel welcome the moment you walk in and takes the time to make sure you leave with what you needed. This store is lucky to have her.

  I had a great experience at this UPS Store location on 138th and 8th Street. Running errands can often feel like a chore, especially when you have a bunch of different things to juggle, but the employees here made the entire process incredibly smooth. I specifically want to give a huge shoutout to Milla. I’ve dealt with her before, but this time I came in with 10 (!) different packages that needed to be shipped out, along with an Amazon return that I hadn’t fully prepped. Milla was so patient, friendly, and super helpful in getting everything sorted out for me quickly. She took the time to make sure my items were securely packed, found the best and cheapest shipping options for me, and processed my Amazon return quickly. It is so rare to find such genuinely caring and efficient customer service these days, especially here in Miami, I had to post a review. I will definitely be coming back to this location. Give that girl a raise. Thanks.

  The best service! There are closer stores to me, but this location is by far the best in terms of efficiency, reliability, and friendliness. Milla specifically knocks it out of the park every time I go. Highly recommend!

  I’ve had nothing but great experiences thanks to Hector. He always takes the time to scan my packages quickly and makes the whole process smooth and hassle-free. He’s professional, reliable, and consistently provides outstanding customer service. On top of that, he’s genuinely friendly and always has a great attitude, which makes every visit a positive experience. UPS is lucky to have someone like Hector on the team. Keep up the great work!
