- SASasha AmOct 3, 20261.0This is the worst UPS location—the employees are rude and completely unhelpful. Every time I went there, it was a bad experience. But the last time, I had already printed the label, and for just taping a tiny 3cm x 2cm label, they were asking for $3 just for the tape!!!! Truly shameful. I went to the Sunny Isles location instead, and they happily taped it for me. The staff at that location are so nice! But this particular location is absolutely awful
- PZPeter ZunigaSep 30, 20261.0Unfortunately, this has been one of the worst UPS Store locations I’ve dealt with when it comes to customer service. The level of assistance is practically nonexistent. Customers are expected to scan and handle much of the shipping process themselves, yet you’re still being charged for the service. To make matters worse, I was told there would be a $3 charge just for needing a piece of tape for a box. I understand businesses have policies and costs, but basic customer service and simple assistance should be part of the experience—especially at a shipping store. Very disappointing experience, and definitely not a location I would recommend based on the service I received.
