  Avoid this place if you actually need your documents notarized correctly. I came in for one reason: to notarize very expensive court documents in front of a notary, as required. On arrival, staff told me to go ahead and fill everything out. Only after I’d finished did I learn I was supposedly supposed to wait and sign in front of the notary, a detail no one bothered to actually tell me. When I called this out, the employee claimed he’d told me beforehand. He didn’t. Then “Eduardo” jumped in to back up the story, insisting he personally heard his coworker say it to me, as if I’m hard of hearing and simply missed it. Convenient. Zero accountability, zero professionalism. For a service built entirely on precision and trust, that’s disqualifying. If your documents actually matter to you, take them somewhere that treats the notarization process with the seriousness it deserves.

  The shorter lady that works here is very rude and has a horrible attitude like a dictator. “Wait till I call you” with the store full of customers. I’ve seen her tell people not to come to the counter unless called. Then you get the “Are you ready? Do you have a code?” Also seen the other two people working while she was packing and on talking on her earphones. I’ve been to the this location a few different times and never wrote anything, but today that short lady just got under my skin. If you can, take the trip to another store to avoid that little lady with a huge attitude.

  Super rude home this morning like these people are airport security or something telling people don’t approach the desk when there’s no customer there and when they are next in line. People are here to run errands so please maintain a friendly positive attitude to your customers instead of a negative, authoritative attitude with a rude tone It’s not that serious people

  DO NOT GO HEAR I was returning packages from Amazon and they stole my packages. Amazon said they never received the items And the scam is if you don’t ask for the receipt, they steal it take it in and when you go to get it back, they say you didn’t ask for the receipt and cannot receive it again. This happened to me twice this place is a scam. Never go here if I would rather die then go here or UPS I have ever seen.🤮🤮🤮🤮 Once again warning, please do not go here unless you want your packages to be stolen. What are those packages was over $200 and I had to pay it off and I didn’t even receive it back. Do not go here unless you want your expensive packages to be Stolen never go here once again warningDO NOT GO HEAR AGAIN
