  I’ve been coming to this Staples for years for printing, and unfortunately the service has really gone downhill. Lately, the print quality has been consistently poor, with faded ink, color issues, and very little willingness from the staff to help or troubleshoot anything. I’m often told that everything has to be submitted online and ordered several days in advance, but the online system itself is not very user friendly, and no one really takes the time to explain or assist with the process. Today, my copies came out very poorly, so I asked to speak with the manager. I’ve now been waiting over 20 minutes, and the manager still hasn’t come over. Overall, the lack of support, poor print quality, and attitude at the printing station have been extremely disappointing. I used to rely on this location for printing, but lately every visit has been frustrating.

  Esta tienda es una pesadilla ahórrate el tiempo y no vayas!! Es la segunda vez que intento imprimir algo y las máquinas no tienes buen color, le he pedido el favor a un chico Ariel que por favor me ayude y dice que no puede que simplemente ponga la orden y venga después aunque sea solo 1 hoja

  1 STAR — TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Absolutely unacceptable experience at Staples. I went to this location specifically to drop off an Amazon return. Amazon’s instructions clearly said to bring the item in and that the return location would take care of boxing it and shipping it. When I arrived, they REFUSED to accept the return simply because the item was “too big.” I even offered to PURCHASE a box from Staples right there on the spot so the return could be completed, and they still refused to help me or provide any reasonable solution. What made the experience even worse was the manager’s attitude. Instead of trying to help a customer who was already standing there and willing to PAY for whatever packaging was necessary, the manager was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I understand that stores may have policies or limitations, but there is absolutely no excuse for treating a customer poorly or refusing to even try to find a solution. If your store participates in Amazon returns, customers should not arrive expecting the service Amazon advertised only to be turned away without any meaningful assistance. This was an incredible waste of my time. I came prepared to complete a simple return, offered to spend my own money to solve the packaging issue, and was still treated as though helping me was an inconvenience. One of the WORST customer-service experiences I’ve had. Staples seriously needs to review how this location handles Amazon returns and, more importantly, how its management treats customers. I will think twice before spending another dollar at Staples after this experience.

  Avoid this location at all costs. Worst location ever and it’s sad because it’s in a very busy neighborhood (midtown/edgewater/downtown). It literally took me 20 min to do an Amazon return because the 1 cashier thought it was best to take ALL Customers getting g in line for checkout. As they kept coming ahead kept taking them. Her name was Melissa Clark she said and she also acknowledged I had been waiting. My transaction was a 15 second transaction (scan of barcode) it turned into 20 min because the more customers who began to join checkout line (after I was already waiting, she decided were more important than my 15 second transaction. Staples has lost its customer service values and it shows a ton at this location. Barely any staff (I counted 3 people working on a Monday evening) which is insane considering how big that location is. Just HORRIBLE customer service
