Very slow service everytime I come in here the cashier always takes forever same thing for the Amazon drop off it takes way too long there would need to be 2 cashiers And also DONT BUY YOUR MATERIALS HERE AMAZON SELLS THEM CHEAPER !!!!!!!!!!!

I returned something for Amazon to this Staples. I walked in and handed the package. They scanned the QR code and told me I would be getting an email. I never received an email reached out to Amazon the next day. They said that they would be processing a refund once they receive the item. Staples never scanned the item properly and now Amazon is refusing to give me a refund for the item and the item $75! They basically told me that someone didn’t scan the package and most likely stole the package. I’m requesting that somebody from management please reach out to me because I believe the package most likely was stolen and I would like the cameras to be checked and I’ve reached out multiple times and no one has ever gotten back to me. Stay clear this location I wouldn’t recommend because someone is stealing packages.
