One of the women working at the printing counter has been consistently rude every time I’ve visited this Staples. I’ve been to this location at least five times, and unfortunately every interaction with her has felt unpleasant and unwelcoming. She often gives you attitude when you ask questions, as if customers are bothering her, and her responses are not very helpful. During my last visit, there was an issue with my original order and I needed to reprint it. Even though I was already there, she refused to help me the same day and told me to come back another time. I ended up calling customer service afterwards, only to find out she is actually the manager, which honestly explained a lot. Customer service starts with management, and unfortunately the experience at this location reflects that. No wonder why their reviews are SO low!

My five stars go for <ANDI> at printing. He is absolutely amazing!! I live in Miami over a decade, and I never experienced such a great service with anybody else at STAPLES (never ever) - except this great gentleman, that assisted me in best way: Highly professional, Extremely polite. I wish him very much success in professional and personal life! Will come back to STAPLES only to be serviced by him!

Terrible customer service and zero empathy. I placed an order and was given an end-of-day pickup time. Later I received an email saying they were running late so I called them. Instead of offering assistance, the representative was incredibly rude, dismissive, and told me I could just cancel the order, making it clear she couldn't care less about my situation.
