Even from day one, parts of the bottom panel looked misaligned like it may have been dropped before sale. I returned to the store for help, explained everything, and asked if there was any possible resolution. Exchange, store credit, anything, since I just need a working printer. The manager claimed he spoke with his manager, but his manager would not even come out to speak with me directly. I was simply told “there’s nothing we can do.” Customer service was no better. They gave me multiple random phone numbers, couldn’t tell me which one was correct, and blind transferred me to a line that immediately disconnected, and even gave me incorrect information about business hours. Very disappointing experience. I was left with a defective printer and no support from either the store or customer service.
