- MIMonica IhnatsyeuJul 25, 20261.0Horrible, not sure why IKEA is using this company for delivery. We’ve scheduled 3 attempts to have them deliver our kitchen cabinets and they have all failed. Seems to be an issue with IKEA and this company, the order will be active in IKEA but the delivery company will have no clue. You’ll get notifications from IKEA about the scheduled delivery but the delivery company will have no clue. Be warned if the delivery company hasn’t sent you any notification, they will not deliver despite what IKEA says. They also don’t give you a courtesy call that they’re heading over but will tell you they will deliver from 8 AM until 6 PM….horrible experience. Customer support was also unhelpful.
