  When my MacBook screen suddenly stopped working, I gave the guys at Prime a call. They were able to take me in quickly and complete the repairs in reasonable time. I was back to work within a week. Thanks again for the great service.

  I brought my MacBook 16 to PrimeTechSupport for a full screen replacement and opted for a Grade A original donor screen. They did an outstanding job. The turnaround was fast, and they kept me updated and stayed in touch throughout the whole process. Special thanks for letting me pick up the Mac on a Saturday. When you walk into their office, you can immediately tell these guys actually know what they are doing with these machines. High-quality work and straightforward communication. Highly recommend them if you need a proper Mac repair.
