  The system is consistently down. Sometimes they can’t take card payments, sometimes they can’t process QR codes. Depending on who’s at the front is whether they “do QR codes”. I went after going a few times with a QR code and a gentleman working there said they don’t do QR codes. I said well I was here last week, is this something new? He had to grab another colleague, but it goes to show that if I hadn’t already done a QR code there I wouldn’t have known. I was standing in line, second person, the employee grabs the guy behind me, knowing him by name. I said is there a line? Because I was here before him, clearly standing here. I also hear a lot of cursing and loud non work related conversation coming from the back. I understand employees chit chat, but me as the customer, I shouldn't hear the conversation so easily. It’s just really unprofessional. Sounds like a good amount of employees but the support is lack luster. Only come here if you absolutely have to.

  All the front counter staff I have dealt with have always been nice and very helpful. I drop off shipments here frequently and never had a bad interaction .

  Very professional and friendly! Claudia is extremely knowledgeable and helpful whenever I’m in the facility! In addition the entire staff is extremely helpful and my next review I will mention everyone by name!
