  Customer service is definitely far from great. Alejandro was rude and dismissive. Very disappointing and frustrating experience.

  Hoy tuve una mala experiencia en Fedex. Sobre las 4:15pm llegue y habían 2 personas atendiendo una mujer me recibió la caja "Abierta" la cual era una batería ecoflow y paso el label q yo tenia , justo después "CERRÓ" la caja y me dice q yo no podía hacer la entrega porq era una batería. Luego después le pido amablemente que me "ABRAN" la caja nuevamente y un muchacho que habla español me dice q no tienen cuchillas ni tijera para abrirla(en fedex). Le explico que yo traje la caja "ABIERTA" y abre su gaveta y tenia de todo para abrirla. Ya se ha perdido el respeto. No se como resolveré este envío cuando solo puedo enviarlo por fedex.

  ⭐ 1 STAR — Extremely frustrating delivery experience and unacceptable customer service. My package was scheduled for delivery yesterday. I had a FedEx door tag authorization signed and clearly left on my door authorizing the driver to leave the package, yet the driver did not leave it. That decision started this entire situation. Since then, I have contacted FedEx multiple times. I have had representatives open multiple complaint/support tickets on my behalf, and I was repeatedly promised that my package was going back out for delivery. I was also promised updates and clarification about what was happening with the shipment. Instead, it has now been almost 10 hours with no meaningful update or clarification whatsoever. I have received conflicting information from different FedEx representatives about the hold on my package, whether the hold could be reversed, and whether the package would actually go back out for delivery. One representative told me the hold had been reversed and that the package would be going out, yet the tracking has continued to provide no useful information about what is actually happening. I have spent hours calling FedEx, explaining the situation over and over, having complaint tickets opened, and being told someone would provide an update. The promises keep coming, but the information and the package do not. What makes this especially frustrating is that this entire situation could have been avoided if the driver had simply followed the signed authorization I left for the delivery in the first place. I understand that delays happen, but this is far beyond a simple delivery delay. It is the lack of communication, contradictory information, repeated promises, and complete lack of follow-through that has made this experience unacceptable. I am asking for someone from FedEx management or customer relations to contact me directly, review the entire history of this shipment and the complaint tickets that have been opened, explain exactly what happened, and make this situation right.

  No tienen materiales (sobres plásticos), hay que llenar formularios a mano a pesar que tengo cuenta corporativa, y lo último ponga el sobre en una caja “eso lo tiene que hacer Ud” palabras del trabajador… Para que les pagan? Pésimo servicio, cambien de gerente o capaciten a los empleados.

  I paid for FedEx Express expecting fast delivery, but it has been a total failure. There is absolutely nothing "express" about this service; they completely missed the promised delivery window.To make matters worse, customer service is completely clueless. The representatives give out false information and provide contact numbers that don't even work. Meanwhile, I'm stuck paying for a ridiculously expensive phone call just to sort out a mess they created.It is a total lack of respect for the customer and terrible logistics management. I highly recommend avoiding this service.
