  I walked here immediately post-cruise because I had over-indulged in shopping for souvenirs and other stores and needed to mail home my goods that would not fit into my carry-on luggage. The walk from Biscayne Park to this location is not easy, as there is a block of construction that seemingly removed sidewalk from one side of the street. After getting to this Fedex, which is also inside of a large business building, the Staff was awesome. They took my items and I paid, and they boxed it up and shipped it home to me. Cost around $40USD to have it Fedex home, but that's much more affordable than having to pay to have it checked at the airport. Highly recommend. The only downfall was the bathrooms in the building I was told were not working, just an FYI to anyone who might want to walk here.

  The associate working here doesn’t want to work. He is completely incompetent. Just mumbling words. Everyone confused. No confidence my package will arrive but have very little emergency options at the moment. Go somewhere else…

  EVA leads by example. Treats other with respect. Loves her job you can tell even if she doesn’t. Amazing customer service. Great energy. She needs to go over to midtown to train their manager and staff member Kevin bc the manager doesn’t care about the store. Eva needs a promotion asap and a raise!
