  Reneca at this FedEx location went above and beyond. I came in needing to ship a fragile art piece and wasn’t sure how to approach it — she walked me through the best shipping plan, was incredibly patient answering my questions, and packed everything perfectly to make sure it would arrive safely. Her expertise and care made a stressful situation easy. Highly recommend asking for her if you have anything delicate to ship!

  Disappointing Customer Service Experience I understand employees want to go home at the end of the day—I work too, so I completely get it. However, attitude matters. I walked into the store a few minutes before closing to drop off a single envelope, which would have taken less than two minutes. Despite already being inside, the store manager refused to assist me because it was 3 minutes past closing by the time I was at the counter. Closing time used to mean serving the final customers who walked in before the doors locked, not turning away people already inside for the sake of a couple of minutes. The lack of basic customer service and unwelcoming attitude was very disappointing. I hope management works on improving this.

  honestly don’t understand how this FedEx location keeps hiring people with such poor customer service skills. The employee who helped me today, a short woman with black hair, was rude, sarcastic, and acted like every question I asked was an inconvenience. Instead of helping, she looked down on me and made me feel like I shouldn’t even be asking for assistance. This wasn’t just one bad moment—it felt like a complete lack of professionalism and respect. Customers come to FedEx expecting service, not attitude. Management seriously needs to pay more attention to who they hire and how employees treat people. I left wondering why customer service standards seem so low at this location. A little courtesy goes a long way.
