  I rarely take the time to leave reviews, not because businesses don't deserve them, but because life gets busy. Today, I decided I couldn't let another day go by without recognizing the incredible team at FedEx Mary Brickell. I've worked in downtown Miami for nearly three years, and throughout that time this has been my go-to FedEx location for everything from monthly print orders to last-minute event materials. From my very first visit, this team has consistently gone above and beyond. Their level of customer service is something you simply don't come across very often. I have to give a special shoutout to Jessyca. I had already been a regular customer with recurring monthly print orders that required custom sizing and specific dimensions when I first met her. After helping me just once, she completely learned my project. From that point forward, I never had to explain my order again. She made sure the entire team knew exactly how my prints needed to be produced, so whether I came in on a weekday, weekend, or spoke with someone else, everyone was already on the same page. That kind of ownership, communication, and attention to detail is incredibly rare. Every interaction I've had with Jessyca whether in person, over the phone, or through email has been exceptional. Diana deserves just as much recognition. The two of them handle my last-minute requests with such grace, professionalism, and kindness that they genuinely make me feel like a VIP every time. Even when one of them isn't working, they've already communicated with the rest of the team so someone is always ready to help me without skipping a beat. That says so much about their leadership, teamwork, and commitment to their customers. As someone who works in hospitality, I know firsthand how difficult it is to consistently deliver a five-star experience. This team doesn't just meet that standard, they exceed it every single time. Thank you Jessyca, Diana, and the entire FedEx 1706 team for making what could be an ordinary errand feel like an exceptional customer experience. You are truly appreciated!

  One of the worst FedEx Office locations I’ve visited. The young employee who assisted me, speaking both English and Spanish, was extremely rude, unprofessional, and not helpful at all. Very disappointing customer service experience.

  Employee Diana was very unprofessional she was on her phone instead of helping the line and she even tried flirting with me when she finally decided to help the line. What a hot mess of a place. FedEx needs to hire quality employees instead of hiring unprofessional uneducated people.
