Went into the office to ask about what happened, two ladies with an Attitude, at first refused to look in the box then when i insisted they opened it and wallah, package was there. This attitude thing has to change, doesn't FedEx read the comments left by its customers? PSA, make the line and leave your package, get a receipt.

I politely explained that it was just a quick payment, but he refused and told me I had to go to the back of the line behind about ten more people. Fortunately, another customer was kind enough to let me take their place. What happened next was even more upsetting. Without any reason, Chang started accusing me in front of other customers of taking pictures of him. This was completely false. I felt embarrassed, intimidated, and publicly humiliated. I was simply trying to pay for my items and leave. This employee’s behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. No customer should be treated this way, especially when they have done nothing wrong. I hope management looks into this incident and provides better customer service training, because no one should have to experience this kind of treatment.
