  A veces trabajan bien, pero cuando no tienen deseos no te ayudan en nada, dos veces e mandado el mismo paquete por no atender bien las cosas y corregir a tiempo.

  The best place ever and now my favorite one to do my returns and shipments. The girls at the front desk are very nice and helpful. One of them guided me patiently through the whole process to make my return! Good job guys!!

  Christy was the greatest today!!! She was so patient with us. She went above and beyond to make sure we had our issues resolved. It was early in the day and she had a great attitude even though the store was full of customers. She was very speedy we were the ones that delayed the progress. Wouldn’t be surprised if she was the manager I didn’t even catch that.

  I would not recommend this UPS Store for anything beyond dropping off a package. I paid for a full year of mailbox service in January, but today I unexpectedly received an email stating that my mailbox had been canceled. When I went to the store to get it resolved, the manager told me it was a mistake but said they were unable to reinstate my mailbox because their system only allows them to create a one-year mailbox rental. That explanation makes no sense from a customer’s perspective. The cancellation was caused by their error, yet I was told there was nothing they could do to restore the service I had already paid for. Customers shouldn’t have to deal with the consequences of a business’s internal system limitations or mistakes. On top of that, the employees do not seem to be adequately trained to handle customer issues or resolve problems when they arise. Instead of taking ownership and finding a solution, I was left with excuses. The lack of accountability and inability to properly correct an error is very disappointing. Based on this experience, I would only use this location for simple package drop-offs and would not trust them with mailbox or other services.

  I am a regular customer at this UPS Store, and today’s experience was very disappointing. I went around 11:30 a.m. to drop off a few packages and laminate two documents. The store was quiet, and there were no long lines or obvious reason for a delay. However, the employee who assisted me refused to laminate my documents. Instead, he told me I had to leave them there and come back another time. I don’t understand why this service is offered if customers are simply turned away when requesting it. It felt like the employee only wanted to handle package drop-offs because they are quick and require very little effort. Customers’ time should be respected. Many of us have busy schedules and cannot make unnecessary trips because an employee doesn’t want to provide a service that the store offers. I left very frustrated and disappointed. As a loyal customer, I expected much better service and a willingness to help.
