  Worst costumer service ever at a UPS store. I went for a FingerPrinting thinking it's at Miami Springs no problem. The three employee that greeted me apparently does not know how to explain things and barely talked. Je was not helpful. Then there was a client there having conversation with all the employees distracting and bery disruptive. I was struggling with the process and instead of asking if I needed help so they can guide me to the next steps (call the company) they just kept ignoring me. It wasn't until I went to the front desk and ask frustrated (mind you the client continued talking so loud like he owns the place). They told me they cannot help me and need to call the number Which I did, another few minutes on hold. Luckly the lady on the phone was nice and helpful but the client having a conversation and distracting the employees make it hard to understand what the person was saying. If you need to do fingerprints I recommend going to another place.

  Use this location all the time, it's always fast, great service, never had any issues here. Dahiana helped me the last few times and she's always super efficient and professional!
