  Excellent service! Staff was extremely helpful and attentive with assisting me in my return. Creative solution, fast timeframe, and no line! I will absolutely be returning to this location- highly recommend!

  I went to this location at 9416 NE 2nd Ave, Miami Shores, FL 33138 to return an Amazon package. I was very disappointed to be charged $2 simply for having tape placed on the top of the box. I understand that businesses have to charge for certain services, but this fee felt unreasonable, especially for something as simple as putting tape on a package. I also don't believe customers should be surprised by a charge like this without clear disclosure beforehand. The $2 itself isn't the issue, it’s the principle and the customer experience. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. Not the kind of service or practice I would expect from a business like UPS. I hope management reviews this policy and considers being more transparent with customers about any additional fees.

  Terrible service. I dropped off several packages to be picked up by the driver that day since they were scheduled for next-day delivery. The following day, I called to ask about them, and I was told there were no packages there because everything is always handed to the driver the same day. They didn’t even take the time to check before giving me that answer. I decided to go to the location myself, and to my surprise, all of my packages were still there. It was very disappointing that they couldn’t take a couple of minutes to verify before providing incorrect information. What made the experience even worse was that no one apologized for the inconvenience or took any responsibility for the mistake.
