- LPLatoria PeloteSep 11, 20262.0I arrived a few mins early for my passport appointment, Staff came out 4mins late and was rude instead of telling me they do not print passport applications filled out online she respond loud I can’t take your phone and process your phone. When i asked can i fill it it out there she said my appointment was timed. I took a application and left i’ll go to another location with better customer service.

- JPJesus PerezJul 20, 20261.0Awful customer service at this location, I had booked an appointment online, the online reservation had only the city name to where my appointment was located, after I arrived I was told that it was the wrong place so then I make my way down to the other location and as I walked in asking about the appointment they said they couldn’t help me and I would need to come back. I tried to ask questions and the workers did not care to answer any of my questions and said I would need to come back. Not only did I miss my appointment because of the website but now I can’t continue in location. Also there was one customer. You couldn’t spare 10 minutes to help me . Just sad
