  ⭐ Extremely Disappointed — $585 for Overnight Delivery and My Package Still Has Not Arrived I am extremely disappointed with my experience with FedEx. I paid $585 for overnight delivery specifically because these packages were important and needed to arrive on time. Despite paying such an outrageous premium for guaranteed expedited service, one of my boxes has still not arrived. This is completely unacceptable. When a customer pays nearly $600 for overnight shipping, there is a reasonable expectation that FedEx will provide the service that was paid for. If FedEx cannot guarantee overnight delivery, then they should not charge customers such an excessive amount for that service. What makes this even more frustrating is that I am now left worrying about the condition of the contents. I can only hope that what I sent has not been damaged or compromised because of this delay. I paid for overnight delivery, and FedEx failed to deliver the service I purchased. I expect a full refund of the overnight shipping charges, an explanation for what happened, and immediate confirmation of where my missing box is and when it will be delivered. For $585, this level of service is simply unacceptable. I would think twice before trusting FedEx with an important or time-sensitive shipment again.
