  Very disappointing experience. The store opened 15 minutes late, leaving several customers waiting outside. When the employee finally arrived, there wasn’t even a simple apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. Instead of helping the line of customers who had been waiting, he took his time doing other tasks before serving anyone. Being late can happen, but a sincere apology and a sense of urgency would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, neither was present. Customer service starts with respecting people’s time, and this experience fell well below expectations.

  Every time I go here it’s always amazing, smooth and I get in and out. Even when the line is long. I only go to return stuff from amazon so I’m not sure how other things operate amongst that but everybody is so polite no matter what time I go. For the first time in 6 years of me & my family going to this same location, I just had the most rudest employee & customer interaction ever. I go to return a Box needed/No label needed package and the automated assistant machine told me to go to the counter once I scanned the code. I said the usual thing like always “hello good afternoon, I’m just here for amazon return, here is the code.” He scanned it & immediately said with a rude tone “it need a box”. I said “I…I’m confused. It’s in a box?.” He said “the box needs to be sealed & you can’t return it in the same box it comes in.” I said “wait what since when? I always do.” He said “since always, store policy.” & I was so confused & asked how much is a box because I also have the paper packaging it came in as well & he said “4.99 for a small but we can try that box, you still need to tape it.” I said “Can I used your tape?” He said “no, you have to leave & bring it back taped.” I was so confused & astonished by what just happened & the interaction. Maybe he was having a bad day but lordy, I hope they never put him in the front again, I should’ve asked his name but I was still processing why I couldn’t use his tape & when did the policy start that you needed a box for a box. Maybe I bothered him on his 2:30 break or something I’m not sure.

  What an amazing an helpful experience. The entire staff was helpful Jendi facilitated the process when I was running into an issue. If you need printing or any other of the services they offer this store is where you should go. Thank you again from the guy in the yellow shirt.

  Siempre que vengo me ayudan ,más que no domino el inglés ,siempre me ayudan Jendi siempre muy amable junto a los otros muchachos,la verdad los mejores , gracias 🙏
