  It is a cesspool... that single word describes everything: the place, the staff, the service. I haven't received any updates on a PRIORITY MAIL package for a week now. The delivery address is just four (4) blocks away from that USPS Miami Beach branch. The package vanished from the delivery truck on April 28th. The last tracking update read "OUT FOR DELIVERY"—and after that, all records gone; there has been absolutely no further information. They don't care about anything. My question is : Did they steal it themselves? Please, do not use USPS for important shipments; and if you do encounter problems, report them to the police or the FBI, because packages go missing far too often.

  No tape for flat rate boxes, no forms available to customers without asking for them. When I asked for them the lady sitting at the front with her cellphone out and one earbyd in rolled her eyes and tsk'd at me for having the audacity to disturb her, very public break? I got to wait in line behind 5 people and then the rest of the line had to wait as I filled out forms and built my box .... and the sign above the working clerk says, "CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS OUR #1 GOAL". Isabelle was the lady that helped me, she would not give me the name of the other lady that refused to help. She told me she didn't understand why she took her break out front. Ty Isabelle.

  Amazing building, staff helpful, just posted a couple of birthday cards. Shame the fountain was not working.

  I have been hang up 3 times by a woman on call. She even didn t take 1 min to listen and do her job. I was just asking for confirmation of my mail box number with my name she hang up. then i called back again calmly, she hang up . then 3rd time. I don t know what s her problem. but it s not nice at all for no reason. When i go there in physical presence, most black staffs are nice, only one fake blond old woman who is only nice to spanish speaker was showing up a high level of racism to the non spanish speakers. She was rude. some are maybe very slow but better someone slow than someone racist and rude to non spanish speakers. So as a resident from Miami Beach I am very patient. but this call hang up was 0 star at the professional level. I had to put that well deserve review. this happened at 11:13 Am today
