  I asked to pay for a box and Very rude people working there made me feel uncomfortable asking for a service that they are supposed to provide. Poor customer service, they spoke in Spanish behind my back, thinking I don’t understand the language, that’s very wrong!!

  I got there at 2:45. The store closes at 3. The girl working started printing my files and literally stopped half way through the job cause she decided she had to close. Not only did she ruin my download link cause it can only be opened once but she was too lazy to print 20 more black and white pages. So I had to go to FedEx and reprint everything. Who starts a job and in the middle says sorry I cant print your last 20 pages

  Scammers. Extremely overpriced, and the customer service is unacceptable. After using the UPS Store, I briefly went to the shop next door to grab a juice to go, and they immediately called a towing company to tow my car. Completely unreasonable and a terrible way to treat customers. Be very careful parking here.

  If I could leave 0 stars I would. The most incompetent team of workers. Raul speaks to his customers and colleagues with complete disrespect. I cringed how he spoke to John and then he spoke the same to me. Please get a new team. Multiple typos while creating labels, not able to process payments, totally rude. This is the third time, I have been so patient but this is enough.

  It is a pleasure visiting this store for printouts, package pick ups and returns. The staff is very helpful, friendly and go above and beyond. I always set this store and location for all my returns. Definitely my top choice over usps and fedex. First class service! A+
