  Terrible experience at this store. They not only lost my package, but kept telling me they would file a claim and after calling 7 times to get updates on the claim status, I had to go in person for them to finally file the claim. Frustration doesn't end there: I had to keep calling to get status on the claim, and when I finally got a working phone number, they told me they marked the package as lost, long time ago, and they were just refunding the shipping fee. Also, someone from the store should have called me, which of course, they never did. I was UPS because I thought they were more reliable and more conveniently located. Never again! I have never had any issues of this issues with Fedex or USPS.

  Worst ups store ever . The person who work there by name Dora claim she’s the manager of the store . Refuse to return the money paid on package that was shipped and lost by them / package value was 200$ and bought insurance on it , yet she claims no answer from the claim company . No one is responsible in the store . Be careful shipping any items from Them . Tried to contact the owner and no response . They don’t answer emails or phones and when I went to the store that person Dora refuse to provide any information on the claim That was submitted aug 1st. Unreliable , and probably stole the 200$ refund on the claim themselves

  Amazing staff, specifically Angela (or the employee working morning of 8/24/2026). If you live in Miami Beach I high recommend using this location instead of the 15th and Alton UPS store.
