  Shipped a small paper poster here and explicitly said I was not in a rush and wanted the cheapest option. I was told UPS Ground was the cheapest, paid over $70

  $75 dollar service fee to ship two boxes with our own labels. Definitely not cool.

  My wife went here to drop off a prepaid return and they wanted to charge her a service fee. Better to go somewhere else.
