- TCTerrasita Cooper3 days ago5.0I had such an amazing experience at this UPS Store thanks to Alamo and Joshua! From the moment I walked through the door, they greeted me warmly and made me feel welcome. They were extremely helpful with my return and showed so much patience when I was having trouble finding my barcode. At no point did I feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing them. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help truly stood out. They are honestly two of the best customer service representatives I have ever encountered. I live in Palm Bay, about 40 minutes away from this location, but because of the service I received from Alamo and Joshua, I will gladly make the drive and bring my future returns and shipping needs to this store. Times are hard for so many people, and you never know what a friendly face, a warm welcome, and a little patience can do for someone. I work in special education, and some days can be challenging. Their kindness may have seemed like a small gesture to them, but it genuinely made a difference in my day. Alamo and Joshua are wonderful examples of what excellent customer service should look like. Please recognize them for the outstanding job they are doing. They have definitely gained a loyal customer!
