  I specifically want to recognize Joshua at this UPS location. I had an important iPhone redirected here after I missed the original delivery because I was at work. I had already made multiple trips to the store trying to determine whether my package had arrived. When Joshua assisted me, he explained that based on the tracking information and his experience, the package likely would not arrive until Monday. What happened next is what deserves recognition. Joshua could tell I was disappointed and offered to take my phone number and personally call me when the package arrived so I wouldn’t have to keep making unnecessary trips to the store. I gave him my number, but I genuinely wasn’t expecting a call—not because I doubted him personally, but because you don’t encounter that level of follow-through in customer service very often. Monday came, and Joshua called me exactly as he said he would. He let me know he had my package and that it was ready for pickup. That may seem like a small gesture, but to me, it demonstrated something much bigger: integrity, accountability, initiative, empathy, and ownership. He made a commitment to a customer, remembered it after I left, and followed through when there was absolutely nothing requiring him to go that extra step. Joshua made me feel like my concern mattered to him, not simply because it was his job, but because he genuinely wanted to help solve the problem. UPS management: please recognize this young man. Employees like Joshua are the reason customers remember a business positively. He represents your company exceptionally well, and I hope his leadership sees this review and recognizes the level of responsibility and professionalism he is already demonstrating.   I think that store 6570 employees have Great Customer service skills. I'd also like to acknowledge their memory of the actual pricing of specific parcels shipping. Especially Joshua.
