I want to recognize Letty at Staples for her outstanding customer service. We originally came in to order business cards, but after submitting our design, we were informed there was an issue recreating the image and that there would be an additional fee. When we returned to the store, we decided not to move forward with that design and planned to request a refund. Letty took the time to work with a different image we had created. She carefully adjusted, cropped, and resized it several times, making sure it looked perfect and that we were completely happy with the final result. We were ready to give up on the project, but Letty encouraged us to let her try, and we're so glad she did. We absolutely love our new business cards! As a pressure washing company, it's important for us to have cards that are easy to read and stand out, and she helped make that happen. Letty was patient, professional, and truly went above and beyond. Thank you for turning a frustrating situation into a great experience!

When you do an Amazon return, this store does not provide any type of verification that you did indeed drop off your return. I usually get a text, email, or printed receipt. Older man at register was short and treated me like he didn’t have time to even acknowledge the problem. I felt like he was angry that he even had to do a return. Motioned people to move ahead of me and started checking customers out that were in line behind me. Amazon Return was expensive and all I wanted was some verification that I completed the return.
