  These guys drive 85 to 90 mph on 95! Ive never seen ups drive like maniacs! I called corporate once again. Truck number 537505 was doing 85 and cut me off within inches. Then everyone got over for emergency vehicle. He took the opportunity to do 85 passed everybody. Like they were moving for him. He is risking everyone on the highways life driving a delivery truck the way he was! I called corporate once the number for here and the guy didn’t care at all. Which is why they drive this way regularly! I am going to start videoing these idiots and posting to the webpage! Ps look at photos for video!

  I needed memorial bookmarks for my mom who passed away unexpectedly and not only did Savannah make it happen, she did it on a holiday weekend and in less than 24hr. As you can imagine, it’s an emotional time and not only did they turn out beautifully, Savannah was so helpful, very logistical and gave great advice for the final product. I will never forget the kindness and professionalism she gave to me during a really hard time. Customer for life!!

  DO NOT USE FED EX HERE. Go to another Fed Ex location that works with their customers, not against them. I needed help to redirect a package with a tight time limit, so I called the store for assistance. I'm in this store often, so there is a familiarity. I spoke to Assistant Manager Ariel and she said the ONLY way she would release the package to do the redirect was to obtain an exception from customer service. She transferred my call, I explained the situation, and received the exception from Josh at Fed Ex customer service. He called the store to give the authorization, but then she refused to process it! The store manager refused to override this decision even though that is what Ariel told me I needed. This wasted hours of my time, the customer service agent's time, and definitely could have been handled more efficiently had she provided me with the correct information. The package was basically held hostage at the location until the next day when I could personally sign for it. Ariel was the one at the counter when I arrived. The exchange went well with professional courtesy, but Ariel had to ruin it. As I was leaving the store she said, "Now it's all yours," which was extremely rude and uncalled for given the situation. The contents was ruined, had to be thrown away, and she knew it. I thought of many responses, but replied only "thank you" as I walked out. The original misdirect was my doing and I even stated that when I called, but Ariel did everything she could to make this situation worse instead better for a frequent customer.
