To bad he was there subbing while they were looking for a replacement for Sue who was also so nice and a pleasure to talk to. Now, the new man who replaced him, Shams, is so unpleasant to deal with. He ALWAYS seems irritated that you’re in there. No hello, no welcome, how can I help you. Is very rude at answering any questions you have as if we’re supposed to know. I try to avoid going there as much as I can to avoid interacting with him. He is such a jerk with no common courtesy whatsoever.
