  a few months ago this store told me they could mail a recliner chair i had purchase from amazon before the deadline to send it back and to just send a picture of the chair with the measurements and the owner said he will do what is called a customized box , a week pass no answer, no update nothing i had to go to another location to get things handled . so of course i left a review when they noticed i did a lady called me over and over and over when i was at work i called back and she’s arguing with me about the review then when i explained everything she said i apologized we received the email i’m not sure why they didn’t get back in contact with you about the box and ask me to take the review down and the next time i need something shipped they’ll accommodate me . i barely ship out anything and when i do i try not to go to them cause they’re a family own store that just open and it’s always one thing after another you’ll call to ask a question they place you on hold and never call you back or get back on the line then call drops . so fast forward today i had to mail something out i informed the lady working what happened and how i was told next time they will accommodate me she said ahhhh sorry the owner is not here she doesn’t know anything about that i said okay i paid the full price to ship the item but this location will never see me again . corporate needs to look into this place because it’s quite obscure now they run their business. but i can guarantee one thing this review will NOT GET REMOVED SO DON’T EVEN CONTACT ME and i will be contacting corporate.

  Came to this Margate location for fingerprinting, after having issues with a UPS store in Davie. I had nothing but excellent, professional service. Thank you!!
