  I am honestly heartbroken and disgusted by what I witnessed during my visit to this store. A woman who appeared to be in management was speaking to a young male employee in an extremely disrespectful and humiliating way, right in front of customers and other employees. No employee deserves to be talked down to or treated like they are less than human, especially in front of everyone. What made the situation even more upsetting was how the young man handled himself. I asked his name, and he told me his name was Alex. Despite just being spoken to so poorly and publicly humiliated, Alex was still incredibly kind, respectful, and helpful to me as a customer. That says so much about his character and work ethic. Alex, if you ever see this review, I am truly sorry that you were treated that way. You did not deserve it. You deserve recognition and a raise for maintaining your professionalism in a situation where many people would have simply walked out and quit. I left the store feeling sick to my stomach and genuinely upset for him. Management should NEVER speak to employees like they are animals or embarrass them publicly. Employees are human beings and deserve basic dignity and respect. I will be reporting what I witnessed to someone higher up because I do not believe behavior like this should be ignored. And Alex, if you ever happen to see this: keep your head up. The way you continued to treat customers with kindness after being treated so poorly did not go unnoticed. If I had the opportunity to hire you myself, I absolutely would. You deserve to work somewhere that appreciates and respects you.

  I always have a great experience at this UPS Store. The entire staff is friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, but I especially wanted to recognize Lucas. I recently brought in a large area rug to ship, and before I even had a chance to struggle with it, Lucas offered to help carry it from my car into the store. His kindness, initiative, and willingness to go the extra mile made a stressful task so much easier. It’s rare to find customer service like that these days, and it definitely deserves to be recognized. Thank you to Lucas and the entire team for consistently providing such excellent service. I highly recommend the Marathon, FL UPS Store!
