  I always have a great experience at this UPS Store. The entire staff is friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, but I especially wanted to recognize Lucas. I recently brought in a large area rug to ship, and before I even had a chance to struggle with it, Lucas offered to help carry it from my car into the store. His kindness, initiative, and willingness to go the extra mile made a stressful task so much easier. It’s rare to find customer service like that these days, and it definitely deserves to be recognized. Thank you to Lucas and the entire team for consistently providing such excellent service. I highly recommend the Marathon, FL UPS Store!

  My experience at this UPS store was amazing! especially compared to other stores I’ve been too.All the employees were smiling and happy to help the customers which was so nice!!

  White lady with Thunderbolt necklace helped us at the desk. She was about started to take away a heavy box we gave her which was open on one end and i gently told her it was open and she said “don’t tell me how to do my job”. What’s her issue?

  Returned a Yeti cooler at this UPS Store (address in receipt). They measured it, said a 24x24 box would work, then hit us with the comedic pricing. $25 for the box. Ok cool. Then another $5 for “basic pack materials” which turned out to be literally nothing. No foam, no wrap, just the cooler sitting naked in the box. Premium air. The employee told us the $15 “basic pack service” fee was for taping up the box. Yes, really, three strips of tape. Meanwhile, Home Depot is literally across the street selling a whole roll of packaging tape for $3.50. But sure, let’s pay UPS $15 for their elite taping expertise. Hey owner, nice little scam you’ve got going here. Your employees are just doing what they’re told, but charging customers $15 to tape a box shut while a roll of tape costs $3.50 across the street? That’s not service, that’s greed.
