    I've had consistently good experiences at this USPS location. Whether I'm mailing a package, sending certified mail, or picking up shipping supplies, the employees have always been professional and helpful. The staff does a great job answering questions and making sure everything is handled correctly, even when the lobby gets busy. I appreciate the efficiency and the friendly customer service every time I stop in. It's a reliable post office with a team that works hard to keep things running smoothly.

    RUDE POSTAL WORKER! I rarely leave negative reviews, but I felt this experience warranted one. This occurred on July 2 at approximately 10:48 a.m. I was assisted by the older male clerk with red hair and glasses who processed my money order transaction. I came into the post office fully prepared. My envelopes were already addressed, sealed, and stamped. The only service I needed was to purchase a money order and hand over three envelopes for mailing. The entire transaction should have taken less than a minute. While I was placing the money order into one of my already prepared envelopes, the clerk repeatedly told me to "move aside" even though I explained that I only needed a few seconds to insert the money order into the envelope and hand it directly back to him for mailing. Rather than allowing me to complete a process that would have taken only moments, he continued insisting that I move while repeatedly interrupting me. The interaction quickly became an unnecessary argument in front of a lobby full of customers and 2 other staff members. My concern is not that I was asked to step aside. My concern is how I was spoken to. Had the request been made courteously and professionally, I would not be writing this review. Instead, I was repeatedly interrupted and spoken to in a manner that I found unnecessarily confrontational, dismissive, and embarrassing in front of other customers. I understand the importance of keeping the line moving, and I appreciate employees who work efficiently. However, efficiency should never come at the expense of treating customers with basic courtesy and respect. There is a respectful way to communicate with people, and unfortunately that was not my experience. A brief moment of patience would have resolved the situation. Instead, what should have been a simple business transaction became an uncomfortable and unnecessary confrontation. I hope management reviews this interaction and reminds employees that professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency should always go hand in hand.

    I love the people there. I had a package stuck in my apartment postage box. I spoke to Vee, who is the sweetest ever. She went out of her way to get that package removed and to me even though this is not my regular post office. Service above and beyond!
