- CIClark Iveytoday1.0Came in with a ebay prepaid return, using the existing box. I didn't have clear tape to secure the top of the box. So when I got to the front I assumed, like ups and fedex does they would run a line of tape on top if needed. They refused said they dont hand out tape or do it at the checkout. I would have to buy a 5 dollar roll in store to do it. If the usps wasn't a gov agency it would be out of buisness long ago.

I've experienced two for two rude workers both times I've been inside this place. They have their little satisfaction survey they want you to fill out when you are checking out because I'm sure they are swimming in poor customer satisfaction reviews. Well the problem still remains guys... Your workers suck and they aren't happy doing their job. They need to learn the fundamentals of guests waiting in line who came prepared should superceed anyone else that is still preparing their package and not waiting in line. Ridiculous. It's not rocket science people.

One man over exasperated about him being on a timer saying to hurry up because we needed help with something. His name is Keith. If anything he's a horrible person even off the job. The second man we have trouble with now is David he's absolutely robotic and sounds unhuman. They are very rude at this post office and have made me cry a few times. These people give those that are just kind so much trauma and they are not very helpful they are too straight forward instead of empathetic and helpful.
