Called and spoke to Jeff - he is the most helpful person I’ve ever spoken to at a post office, and you can tell that he cares about his job and customers! Thank you Jeff!

I am writing to express my frustration about a recent missing package (out of two now). I ordered a $70 item that, according to the tracking, was delivered a few days ago, but it still has not arrived in my mailbox. I live in Lakeview at Calusa Trace. I suspect it may have been placed in the wrong mailbox since there are the same multiple numbers for different buildings. I have also noticed that ever since a new mail carrier replaced the longtime carrier we had for years, I have not received two of my packages. One even arrived a month late. This is unacceptable. I paid for these items, and I expect them to be delivered correctly. The mailbox numbers are clearly marked. It is not difficult to check them and match them to the correct apartment and building. Please address this issue immediately and let me know how you will ensure proper delivery going forward. I also find it ridiculous that I can't claim a lost package until several days after the mailing date.

I have never written any negative reviews and I don't have any social media. In fact, I've always been someone who tries to stay positive and understanding, especially toward people working in service jobs. However, what I experienced at this post office on April 20th was extremely hurting me that I have no choice but to share it. I went to the post office as usual and there were only 2 customers In front of me, one was almost done on the counter and the other one was an elderly lady walking with a cane. I was standing in the correct line, she was in the wrong line but she leads me said she's only getting the stamp and will be fast and she leads me to stand behind her in the line. I believed this post office clerk definitely saw this, because she didn't say anything about this older lady in the wrong line and there were not many people at that time. But what happened next shocked everyone in the lobby. The young clerk rolled her eyes at me and purposely ignored my existence. She shouted and screamed at the people behind me and the ones behind them skipped me to serve them and left me standing there and was shocked and speechless. She accused me and said I was trying to jump the line. I had no idea what was going on and was terrified. The elderly woman in front of me and the lady behind me both stood up for me validated that I hadn't cut in line and was , in fact, there first. Despite this, the employee using a contemptuous , dictatorial tone-treating me like a criminal- demanded," well, come up here then, don't you understand English?" I was left completely traumatized and speechless, feeling deeply wronged! I want to be honest about the impact this had on me. After I left there, I couldn't stop crying. Not only I missed a very important event of my daughter. I also almost lost my job (because I have to drive far 20 mins to another post office. Since yesterday, I can't stop tearing and am still shocked. I had to take medicine to sleep. I've been breaking out in a cold sweat.I even felt anxious to go grocery shopping or any other post offices now. This is not just about one moment at a counter. It is about how a person is treated in public, in front of many people, without fairness or basic respect! No one should have to feel humiliated over a simple misunderstanding. I later returned to ask for this clerk's name and noticed she was not wearing a name badge. After repeated requests, she told me her name was "May" but I was left uncertain. I was not writing this out of anger, but out of a sincere hope that this experience is taken seriously. I believe situations like this should be available surveillance, so that no other customer has to go through what I experienced. I never imagined I would have to write something like this, but I believe it is important to speak up when something deeply unfair happens. I truly hope management takes situations like this seriously, reviews what happened and ensures that customers are treated with basic respect and fairness moving forward. This is the first time in my life that I have experienced such humiliation. If I do not receive a sincere apology by the lady in person. or if this matter is not taken seriously by management. I will continue to pursue this issue until it is properly addressed.

I’ve been coming to this USPS branch for a while, and I’ve always remembered the employees here as being very nice — except during my visit today. The young lady with long blonde hair was very rude. I politely asked questions about my mail, and she responded in an annoyed and rude manner. It was not even a busy day, and there were no other customers waiting next to me. As someone who has worked in the service industry, I believe this employee needs to be reassessed or retrained. I was honestly speechless at the way she spoke to me, and I’m surprised she is still working there, especially since I’ve seen another review from someone who had a similar experience.

Takes forever for no reason. As they're in the middle of helping people staff is just talking to each other about nonsense, completely distracted from what they're doing. Just order stuff online and drop things at a blue postbox, save yourself the trouble.
