    I used to frequent this location as it was closer than the local post office. I’ve been shipping items there for the last 6 years and it seems ownership or management has changed with the absolutely ridiculous fees. I went into today to standard mail a package and purchase a box. When I noticed two fees for packaging that totaled almost twelve dollars. I began to question the reason for the charges. They were charging me that not for the box but to put paper and tape up the box. My package didn’t need paper and I told the employee I can pack my own box. She rolled her eyes and became rude and asked if I wanted to purchase tape. Really?? I have been coming here for years and for and have never been charged to tape my own box. She then again rolled her eyes when I asked for my package back. I took the same package to the postal office and spent twenty five dollars less which included the box, and they packaged it for me. I will not be returning to this location.

    Excellent service at the UPS location on Van Dyke in Lutz, FL. The manager, Anais, always has a wonderful attitude with every customer and provides outstanding service. She is professional, proactive, and consistently goes above and beyond to help. You can truly tell she cares about making each customer’s experience smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend this UPS location thanks to her great leadership and customer care.
