  Jessica is amazing I needed to get something shipped to California as fast as possible. It was going to cost me over $90. She waa able to find a way to get it there in the same amount of time and saved me over $30 on shipping. Best UPS store in a long time. All the employees there are friendly and happy to help, some thing you dont see alot in retail industry anymore. Thanks again Jessica for your help.

  The website specifies that a notary is available at this location seven days a week from 9 to 3. I asked for one during this time frame on Saturday and was told that they don’t have a notary on the weekends. I told them their website says it does and was asked if I was sure it was their location. Then I got laughed at by the two teenagers operating the kiosks as I left. The kicker is that this was the second UPS store location I had to visit since the first forgot their notary stamp. Real professional.

  I had an excellent experience at The UPS Store. The employee who helped me was kind, professional, and very encouraging. She provided great customer service, worked efficiently, and made the entire visit pleasant and stress-free. She is clearly a hardworking and valuable member of the team.

  I am writing today because I am truly saddened, disappointed, and discouraged by the decision to let Sharon go from your store. For more than three years, I have worked closely with Sharon through my business, and I can honestly say she has been one of the most exceptional employees I have ever had the pleasure of working with. In today’s world, it is rare to find someone with her level of dedication, patience, professionalism, and genuine kindness. Every time I walked into the store, Sharon welcomed me with a smile and made me feel like more than just another customer. She took pride in her work, paid attention to every detail, and always made sure everything was done correctly the first time. Nothing she prepared for my business was ever rushed or incomplete. She treated every project with care, and it showed in the quality of her work. As someone who relies heavily on your services for my business, having someone I could trust completely meant everything. Sharon consistently went above and beyond, whether it was helping me package shipments, answering questions, or making recommendations. She was knowledgeable, patient, hardworking, and genuinely cared about providing excellent customer service. I want to make it clear that I also appreciate the rest of the staff at this location. They are all friendly, welcoming, and do a wonderful job. This email is not meant to take anything away from them. However, Sharon brought something truly special to your team. She created relationships with customers, earned our trust, and represented the kind of employee every company should want to keep. It is honestly difficult for me to continue bringing my business to this location knowing that Sharon is no longer there. She was a major reason I chose this store over any other. Employees like Sharon build customer loyalty, and when they leave, customers notice. I know I am not the only person who feels this way. I don’t know the circumstances surrounding this decision, but I sincerely hope UPS will reconsider if there is any possibility of bringing Sharon back. She was an incredible asset to your store, your team, and your customers. Employees with her work ethic, compassion, professionalism, and commitment are not easy to replace. Thank you for taking the time to read my concerns. I sincerely hope you will consider the impact this decision has had on your loyal customers.
