  I come here always for my packages and drop offs. I love this store , the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. But one particular instance JESSICA went above and beyond!!! AT&T lost and couldn't track my phone return and was trying to charge me for something they misplaced. Jessica was able to narrow down the time I came in and when the box was scanned and dropped off. She searched on her system went down a long list of scanned packages that day and she found my lost tracking number!!! She also proved it was delivered and gave me the evidence I needed to provide to AT&T. Thank you so much!!!!

  Yesterday I called to print out posters and brochures for my final class project, Shannon answered the phone and was able to make it happen within a few hours! She not only was able to exceed my expectations but was able to get them done in a fast timely manner! She stayed passed her shift time to give them to me in person since I was driving from St. Petersburg. This store and employee is amazing and deserves all the positive praise she gets! I loved the posters and brochures- looked very professional and was exactly what I asked for. I am a reoccurring customer and will be coming back again for more printing needs!

  I’ve had a great experience with this UPS Store! It’s conveniently located less than five miles from my house, which makes it super easy to swing by whenever I need to ship something or handle returns. One of my favorite things about this location is the parking; there’s always plenty of space, so I’m never stressed about finding a spot. Inside, the store is clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. They also have two self-service stations, which are perfect when I’m in a hurry and want to get things done quickly. What really stands out, though, is the staff. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been friendly, approachable, and more than willing to help with anything I need. Whether I’m shipping packages or have questions, they make the whole process smooth and hassle-free. Definitely a reliable and convenient spot, I highly recommend this UPS Store!

  I had to return something to Amazon for the very first time and I did not know what I was doing and the young lady working Was very helpful and patient with me. Made my experience comfortable and quick, and she had a pleasant smile the whole time. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, but this was on 4/22/26 at 4:00 PM
