  I don’t like to mess with a good thing, and this team is exactly that. Ruth, Michelle, Kim, and everyone at First American in Lutz are my go-to for a reason. Michelle is the kind of professional you want in your corner when things get tricky, she figures it out, keeps things moving, and always does it the right way. Ruth is incredible at supporting her realtor partners and truly helps us be better at what we do, which ultimately benefits everyone in the transaction.
