  Ruth, Michelle and Kim are the dream team. They are always very professional and prompt. In real estate there are often times that things get squirrelly and stressful however they are always calm and reassuring to the my clients.   Just closed on our first house with Veterans United. My realtor was Kristy Newel so I don't know how First American Title company was chosen for this but whatever the reason was I am forever grateful about it. First American Title in Lutz was amazing every person I talked to or emailed was so professional and polite. They helped me with everything you have to do when closing. They kept me in all conversations with my realtor and mortgage company. When I finally met them in person I really felt like I've known them forever like good friends. I will forever be thankful for all their help, thoughtfulness, professionalism and friendship.
