- MRMelissa RiveraMar 14, 20261.0The mail carrier who does such a poor job on Lake Brantley Road lost a package of mine. I went to the post office; they said they would investigate and call me, but they never did. I spoke with the supervisor, and he never took any action. These employees should be fired, as they fail to do their jobs correctly and often work in a rush; I frequently receive letters addressed to other people and have to return them. People lose their packages and important letters, yet the staff does not care about resolving the situation. I hope they improve the situation or replace the personnel.

I Don't need go have a name, picture or a description of who this may be because I have experienced his rudeness on several occasion until the last time I entered to mail a package and got yelled at by him in front of other employees and two customers behind me. I do EBay and just wanted to get two packages scanned and get a receipt and he did not want to do this. Packages were already prepaid. Would have taken about 30 seconds to do. I called the supervisor and he would do nothing about this man's behavior towards others. My daughter has been there for me a few times and she has been very fortunate to not encounter this man but others in front of her she has witnessed his rudeness and attitude. I myself have not entered that building again. I Don't ever want to be berated and embarrassed by that man again.
