- MMMariluz Murillo3 days ago1.0Extremely disappointed with the way my case was handled. My package is still showing the exact same tracking status, yet I received completely contradictory information from USPS representatives. One told me the package had already been delivered to my house, while another claimed UPS had possession of it. However, the tracking information clearly states: “A delivery date will be provided when USPS receives the package,” which means USPS had not received the package yet. Even after I provided the tracking number and this evidence, they denied responsibility instead of properly investigating the issue. I understand that shipping problems can happen, but giving customers conflicting information and refusing to acknowledge the tracking evidence is unacceptable. I expected better customer service and accountability
