    Staff is friendly!! If a box needs extra tape they don’t charge for that. Two self checkout kiosks. Could use an automatic door if you have large boxes to take there.

    The people at the store are always willing to help, regardless of how big or small the task is. I’ve had really large tasks of scanning and printing multiple documents, spanning hours, and they’ve done it happily.

    Absolutely love coming here everybody’s so friendly and the clerk was able to fix a mistake that a UPS clerk did in Winter Park. Please come to this location stay away from the one in Winter Park off of Lake Howell. Terrible customer service.

    I had a horrible experience trying to complete my fingerprints through this UPS, and the entire process between UPS and Fieldprint feels broken. I scheduled what appeared to be a Fieldprint appointment through the UPS website during my lunch break. At no point during the scheduling process was it made clear that fingerprints are actually handled through a third-party company, Fieldprint. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told I didn’t have a valid appointment because fingerprint appointments cannot actually be booked directly through UPS. This immediately created confusion and wasted my time. I then had to contact Fieldprint and spend additional time trying to get an appointment set up for the same day. To make matters worse, the Fieldprint website was glitchy and difficult to use. I repeatedly had to back out of screens and re-enter information because the system was not functioning properly. Thankfully, the Fieldprint representative stayed on the phone with me and worked with the UPS employee to help me complete the fingerprinting that day. Unfortunately, the problems didn’t end there. I later received an email stating that the wrong code had been selected for my Florida Real Estate Sales Associate background check and that an appraisal-related code had been submitted instead. Because of this error, my application and exam process have now been delayed. When I contacted Fieldprint to see if the code could be corrected or if a credit could be issued due to the website issues, I was told there was nothing they could do and that I would need to pay for an entirely new appointment and background check. Adding to the frustration, the UPS representative told me that situations like this happen all the time. However, they also explained that they are not part of UPS corporate and therefore have no authority to do anything about the recurring issues. Hearing that this is a common problem made the experience even more concerning. This is unacceptable. Customers should not have to pay twice because of a confusing process and a website that isn’t functioning properly. If UPS is going to advertise fingerprint appointments, there should be clear instructions directing customers to the correct third-party provider. Likewise, Fieldprint needs to address the issues with its website and provide a reasonable resolution when system problems contribute to errors. I’ve honestly had smoother experiences with small local fingerprinting businesses than with this process. Both UPS and Fieldprint need to take responsibility and make this right for customers who are negatively impacted by flaws in their system.
